Arizona governor signs bill to repeal 1864 ban on most abortions

Democratic Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs has signed a measure to undo a long-dormant instrumentality that bans each abortions but those done to prevention a patient's life, but the prohibition is inactive successful effect until the fall.
