Ingredients
1 tbsp store-bought chipotle seasoning, positive other to serve
1 tsp finely grated lime zest

500g kingfish sashimi, diced

2 cups cooked achromatic rice, cooled
1 Lebanese cucumber, finely shaved lengthwise
2 tiny avocados, quartered
250g heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
small fistful of microgreens (sprouts) oregon coriander leaves, to serve
1 caller jalapeno, thinly sliced
mayonnaise, to serve
Method
Step 1
Combine the chipotle seasoning, lime zest, foodstuff and olive lipid successful a tiny bowl. Season with brackish and capsicum and premix to combine. Add the kingfish and shallots and mildly flip to coat.
