Copyright Policy

1. Our position

Shocell is a tool for transforming content you own or are authorized to use into original commentary, educational and explanatory videos. It is not a tool for removing copyright, evading detection systems or republishing other people's work.

2. Automated risk analysis is not permission

A "low risk" result does not mean you have the rights to publish. It is an automated, informational signal only. Clearing rights remains your responsibility.

3. Submitting a copyright complaint (DMCA notice)

Send the following to shocell.care@gmail.com:

• Your name, organization, address, phone number and email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you own or represent.
• The URL or project identifier of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. What we do next

• We log the complaint in our copyright reports queue.
• We may disable access to the reported project or exported file.
• We notify the account holder and provide the substance of the complaint.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction where required.

6. Repeat infringers

Accounts subject to repeated valid complaints are suspended or terminated, and associated projects may be deleted.

7. Music and stock assets

Assets offered in our library display license type and commercial-use status. We do not describe unlicensed copyrighted music as copyright-free. If you believe an asset in our library is misattributed, report it to shocell.care@gmail.com.
