Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, authentication provider.
• Project data: uploaded videos, transcripts, scripts, generated audio, captions, exports and risk reports.
• Usage data: credits consumed, processing jobs, device and browser information.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment metadata held by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To operate the service: store your projects, run AI analysis and rendering, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, provide support and send service notifications.

3. AI processing

Media and transcripts may be sent to third-party AI providers for transcription, script generation, voice synthesis or media generation. Providers are configurable by the operator of this deployment, and demo providers are labeled DEMO in the product.

4. Storage and access

Uploads and exports are stored in private buckets. Access is scoped to your account and served through short-lived signed URLs. Internal storage paths are never exposed publicly.

5. Retention and deletion

Project files are retained while your account is active and for a limited grace period after deletion, unless a legal hold applies. You can delete a project at any time from your dashboard.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Regional rights (such as GDPR or DPDP rights) apply where relevant.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management.
