Terms of Service

1. Your responsibility for uploads

You may only upload videos, audio, images and other material that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise authorized to transform. You are solely responsible for the material you upload and the videos you publish.

2. What the service is not

• It does not remove copyright from any work.
• It does not make copyrighted material "copyright-free".
• It does not bypass Content ID or any platform detection system.
• It does not guarantee monetization or absence of claims or strikes.

3. Risk assessments

Risk levels and transformation reports are automated, informational estimates. They are not legal advice and not a copyright determination. You remain responsible for clearing rights for your final video.

4. Prohibited use

• Uploading material you have no right to use.
• Cloning or imitating a real person's voice or likeness without authorization.
• Creating deceptive, harassing, hateful or unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Access is provided through plans with configurable project, storage and AI generation limits. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. AI output

AI-generated scripts, voices and visuals may contain errors. Review output before publishing. You are responsible for verifying factual claims.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate abuse reports, or are subject to repeated valid copyright complaints.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
