Safe zones
On Reels and Shorts keep titles and faces inside the middle 80% — roughly 220px from the top and 380px from the bottom on a 1080×1920 frame, where the caption, profile name and buttons sit.
For 4:5 feed posts leave 120px of clear space at the bottom so the caption overlay never covers your text.
